Typically, for background events such as dinners or cocktails, the drummer plays with brushes, which achieves a smokey, transparent sound. The vocalist usually sings in Porteguese, which has mostly soft syllables, in additional to elegant, classic, American Jazz standards, neither of which interferes with the guests' converstation. For wedding or corporate events, where dancing is needed, the band can step it up with music ranging from swing and bossa nova, to oldies, soul, motown, funk, disco, contemporary, and more!

The group has a classic, yet very hip and sophisticated feel. They are perfect for the client who is looking for versatility, originality, and spice! Due to their small size, they can accomodate smaller or more challenging spaces.

For larger parties, with more than 150 guests, additional sound reinforcement is needed. Also, to pack an even bigger punch for dancing, more instruments can be added. Horns, bass, guitar, or male vocals are a nice compliment. A larger configuration which also features Nicki Gonzalez, is the Nation band (5 to 10 Pieces).
